What Makes Our Company Different?
With over twenty-five years in the landscape management industry, we would like to offer our services to you. Landscape companies are a dime a dozen, and once you find a good service it is usually wise to stick with what you know works for you. But if it is time for you to look at altematives, or you
would like to work with a company that is licensed and certified to offer a total package of Landscape Management Services, then we ask that you give us the opportunity to present you with a proposal.
Licenses - Current and necessary licenses help show that a contractor is qualified to perform services with the highest degree of professionalism and safety to the landscape, the environment, and the general public. We are licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a Certified Operator in Lawn and Omamental Pest Control, and as a Commercial Applicator of Restricted Use Pesticides as required by the Florida Statutes. We are also licensed as an Irrigation Specialty Contractor as required by many counties in the State of Florida to install and maintain irrigation systems.
Certifications - As an integral part of our on going training program, industry certifications are vital in developing our organization towards its ultimate goal of continually improving our services to our customers. We are certified by the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association as a Certified
Landscape Contractor and as a Certified Nursery Professional. We are also certified by the Associated Landscape Contractors of America as a Certified Landscape Professional.
Quality Assurance Evaluations - QAE's - To assure that we are living up to the quality and service standards set forth in your specifications, we have initiated our QAE program. This partnership between our personnel and our customers maintains communication through periodically documented evaluations for specific areas of a property and the level of quality desired.
Green List - Herbicides, fertilizers, and insecticides are a necessary part of a landscape management program. We have adopted a “green list” of approved chemicals that we use in our agronomic programs to emphasize the least toxic and the most effective means of pest control and fertilization.
Our Team Members - As in all service businesses, our employees are the key to our success. We strive to have all our personnel “buy in” to our culture, philosophy, systems, and attitude. We review and evaluate our personnel to be sure they know that they are headed in the right direction. Our goal is to reward our people that do well in their positions, and to guide everyone to the next level of performance to help us continually exceed our customer’s expectations.
